Monitoring
Justice Courts
Ensuring the establishment of courts during the interim period and monitoring the different levels of courts
Develop
Federal Courts
Coordinating and cooperating in matters related to establishing courts with Union Ministries, Union level organizations, State and Federal Unit level organizations, Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs)
Cooperation with
Locals & International
Coordinating and cooperating in matters related to establishing courts with Civil Society Organizations, as well as local and international organizations

Transferring
Criminal Cases
Carrying out matters related to the transfer of criminal cases to other offices at different levels of the subordinate courts
Revisions & Reports
of Criminal cases
Revisions on reports and case forms related to criminal and civil cases at the different level of courts
Amending &
Correcting
Amending and correcting prosecution decisions from the different levels of courts
Report the Military Crime Cases or Other Civil Criminal Cases

Managing
Regulations & Directives
Ensuring compliance with laws, procedures, rules, regulations, orders, and directives
Seamless Directives
Collecting and submitting directives, orders, and notifications to the different level of courts in order to periodically issue said information
Monitoring Distribution
Monitoring reports of case distribution by the different level of courts

Issuing licenses to legal representatives and maintenance of said license-issuing process

Lawyer's ethics
Investigating compliance with codes of conduct and ethics by legal representatives and act where required
