Systematic maintenance of records related to crimes committed by the Myanmar Military Council and its affiliates
Prosecute evaded
Legal Prosecution
Implementation of plans to prosecute those that have evaded legal prosecution
Legal rectification
Legal rectification for damage incurred during the resistance period as relevant under the Department’s structure
Report the Military Crime

Legal Aid
Provision of legal aid if resistance forces request legal support
Collaboration with
Ministry of Defense
Cooperation and prosecution in accordance with the existing laws if the Ministry of Defense requests support related to court martial cases
Collaboration
with EROs
Cooperation with relevant government organizations and Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs) in surveys regarding the occurrences of military crimes cases and detailed investigations of said crimes
