Legal rectification for damage incurred during the resistance period as relevant under the Department’s structure

Provision of legal aid if resistance forces request legal support

Cooperation and prosecution in accordance with the existing laws if the Ministry of Defense requests support related to court martial cases

Cooperation with relevant government organizations and Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs) in surveys regarding the occurrences of military crimes cases and detailed investigations of said crimes
