The State Legal Representation Division

The State Legal Representation Division shall appear the cases on behalf of the State or on behalf of the Minister as an advisor / amicus curia in accordance with the existing laws and shall carry out functions and duties assigned by the Union Minister

The Appellate and Revision Division

The Appellate and Revision Division shall vet and submit appellate, revision and special appellate to the highest court of the State in accordance with the laws, if necessary to submit the appellate or revision related to the degree, order or decision sentenced by the court in the cases concerning the State, and shall carry out functions and duties assigned by the Union Minister

The Civil Prosecution Division

The Civil Prosecution Division shall vet, advise and reply where the Government departments, Government organizations and other departments request legal advice for civil cases
