We all share the common ambition of establishing a federal democratic nation, drawing upon our diverse experiences in various forms of implementation to advance national processes and realize our objectives.”
“While our nation progresses towards a federal democracy, the precise extent of effort required to establish the necessary conditions remains undefined. Most importantly, the establishment of the rule of law is fundamental at all times, and the departments that serve as the pillars of the democratic system must be formed to implement an independent judiciary and uphold the rule of law. As Ministry of Justice is playing a key role in this initiative, the personnel comprising Ministry of Justice is so crucial in collaborating harmoniously with legal counsel to achieve success through solidarity in our efforts.”
The meeting commenced with a discussion centered on current political activities and pragmatic workplace strategies. The main agenda items of the meeting included the appointment of township law officers to fill vacancies in the townships, matters concerning prisoners, training, non-CDM cases, appeals and amendments, as well as addressing general issues.
During the “question and answer” session, inquiries were thoroughly responded and resolved by Union Minister and Directors-General of the pertinent departments of the Ministry of Justice. Then the decision and future plans were approved by Union Minister of Ministry of Justice.
Finally, the Union Minister made a concluding remark: “Thank you for the opportunity to meet with the law officers and I earnestly urge the cooperation unitedly rather than working separately, as every individual has their own talent. I also encourage all the staff force of Ministry of Justice to consult with each other with a familial spirit, and with this spirit, every task can be successfully carried out. I hereby implore each individual to steadfastly prioritize the objectives of the Spring Revolution and refrain from engaging in any actions or circumstances that may impede its progress.
